The largest independent provider of residential real estate appraisals in the United States opened a branch in Kansas City, hoping to tap into the growing strength it sees in the local real estate scene.
Forsythe Appraisals LLC, based in St. Paul, Minn., has 400 employees in 27 states. Its newest office is in Two Pershing Square at 2300 Main St. in Kansas City and is led by Randy Pierzina, who previously worked in Forsythe’s Denver office.
