Mike Magoulas has resigned from his position as CEO of Boulevard Brewing Co.
Magoulas, who became CEO in September 2012, said his last day was Dec. 31, the same day that Duvel Moortgat finalized its acquisition of Boulevard. No replacement has been named at this time.
