A lawsuit filed against Overland Park-based Farms Technology LLC and its founder Jason Tatge was voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiffs on Monday.
"I am happy this is behind me," Tatge said in an emailed statement. "I have always believed and maintained that the claims against me lacked merit. This issue has caused great personal pain to me and my family. Litigation does little to promote agriculture or the individuals and companies involved."
