Henry Bloch, a philanthropist and co-founder of H&R Block Inc., died Tuesday at age 96.
Born July 30, 1922, Bloch was a lifelong Kansas Citian. He was a war veteran, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He had an impact on just about every aspect of life in Kansas City, including business, arts, education and health care.
