Judge sentences KC-area flooring store owner for tax evasion

Randall Barker, owner of Wholesale Flooring Inc. in Stilwell, was sentenced to one year of federal probation for tax evasion. Barker has served as president of the company since 2001. It's an owner-operated flooring service, providing carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl, laminate and area rugs to customers throughout the Kansas City metro.
