Richard Green resigned as executive chairman of Kansas City-based CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Inc., effective Jan. 1.
Green joined CorEnergy (NYSE: CORR) in December 2011 and has been overseeing operational and investment strategy, helping identify, analyze and structure acquisitions, as well as manage relationships with operating partners. Green will remain managing director of Corridor InfraTrust Management LLC, which is the external manager of CorEnergy’s funds.
