It’s been interesting to watch Arvest Bank advance its presence in downtown Kansas City, given the difficulties in establishing a foothold in the area.
Arvest’s latest move was acquiring the naming rights for the historic Midland Theatre at 1228 Main St. The 3,000-seat venue hosts about 125 events a year, including music and comedy acts.
