Analyst Peyton Green of Sterne Agee dropped his outlook for UMB Financial Corp. stock by $4 a share.
The analyst cited dilution from the Kansas City-based company (Nasdaq: UMBF) recently offering 3.9 million shares of common stock to bolster its capital levels and the recent loss of a customer with $1.08 billion in deposits.
