The Kansas City Royals will hold an electronics recycling event called Players for the Planet on Friday and Saturday, and the first 200 people in line each day will be able to exchange old electronics for ticket vouchers to a baseball game.
The event will be held from:
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 23 at Interstate All Battery Center, 5255 W. 95th St. in Overland Park; and8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24 at Kauffman Stadium in Lot L.
