A social networking service called Flurry is accused of secretly collecting personal information from its users' cell phones and illegally using that data to send thousands of spam text messages.
One of those texts went to Daniel Kennedy, an attorney who practices criminal defense and divorce law at Kennedy Law LLC — and filed suit against Flurry.
