Harley-Davidson Inc. will reduce the workforce at its Kansas City plant by 140 on June 30.
Out of that total, 75 are seasonal employees who are brought on and let go as demand for production rises and falls. The remaining 65 employees are being laid off, according to Harley-Davidson spokesperson Maripat Blankenheim.
