Four years later, Metcalf Bank finally owns Bank of Belton

After patiently waiting for four years, Metcalf Bank was finally able to close on its acquisition of Bank of Belton. Bank of Belton has one location in downtown Belton with $44 million in total assets. Metcalf Bank, which is owned by Central Bancompany Inc., has 25 locations in the Kansas City area and $1.23 billion in assets as of June 30.
