A new study by Arvest Bank showed that people in the Kansas City region have a pretty healthy approach to spending and saving.
The average savings rate throughout Arvest Bank's branches in the Kansas City region was 11.7 percent. That's slightly higher than the 11.6 percent average for Arvest's entire branch network, which includes Arkansas and Oklahoma.
