Kennedy and Coe LLC enticed Pat Hayes to leave BKD LLP and join its transaction advisory services team in Lenexa.
Hayes has more than a decade of experience providing merger and acquisition services, mainly on the sell side, marketing the business, performing due diligence, comparing offers and negotiating with prospective buyers. He most recently served as a senior vice president at BKD Corporate Finance LLC in Springfield, Mo. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Missouri State University.
