Shawnee business owner indicted in what prosecutors say was massive elder fraud scheme

Russell "Rusty" Rahm, owner of Subscription Ink Co. and Millennium Marketing in Shawnee, was charged after an investigation into an alleged elder fraud scheme that prosecutors say netted $300 million.
