Local beer lovers will be able to get their first taste of Kansas City Bier Co. LLC’s brews in February.
The Waldo-based wholesale craft brewer started brewing its first batches in mid-December. CEO Steve Holle said that, barring any hiccups in the fermentation process, the company will open a tasting room on Feb. 1, then start selling beer to area bars and restaurants a month later.
