Waldo-based Kansas City Bier Co. LLC started brewing its very first batches of beer this week, planning to introduce five brands when its tasting room opens in early February.
Founder and CEO Steve Holle said the timing will depend on the fermentation process, but he's hoping to open the tasting room at 310 W. 79th St. in Kansas City on Feb. 1.
