Bushnell Holdings Inc. is suing engineering consultant Outcome Driven Innovation (ODI) of Palo Alto, Calif., claiming its failure to deliver on contractual obligations caused more than $5 million in damages.
The Overland Park-based optical products manufacturer and distributor hired ODI to handle several projects for it, and said it failed to deliver on all of them. Instead, ODI continually sought to extract more money than the contracts required.
