The Mansions at Canyon Creek in Lenexa is suing the company that installed its fire protection system after it leaked and forced them to move tenants out in order to make necessary repairs.
The 218-unit luxury apartment complex at 9550 Zarda Drive is comprised of 15 buildings with 8 to 10 units per building. Fire sprinkler systems in buildings 8-15 were installed by Simplex Grinnell LP, which is now known as Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP.
