Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., America’s Best 401k helps employers review existing plans then create and manage a new plan with far lower fees. Tom Zgainer founded the company in 2013. The 35-year veteran of the retirement plan industry will continue to lead the operation and remain president of sales.
