Kansas City-based Synergy Aesthetics is suing a former salesperson, Brenda Boe of Stacy, Minn., for violating a noncompete clause by selling a new drug developed by a competing firm.
Boe worked for a company called Merz North America from October 2014 to December 2018, selling a drug called Xeomin, which is a prescription neurotoxin that can be injected into muscles to temporarily improve the appearance of frown lines.
