Lenexa-based Digital Ally Inc. lost its patent infringement case against Taser-maker Axon Enterprise Inc.
The U.S. District Court for Kansas granted summary judgment Monday in favor of Taser International Inc., finding no patent infringement and closing the case, which started in January 2016. The court put the memorandum explaining the ruling under seal for at least seven days.
