Founded in 1889, Citizens Bank & Trust entered the Kansas City market in 2005 and officially moved its headquarters from Chillicothe, Mo., to Kansas City in 2016. The bank has eight metro-area branches, with a focus north of the Missouri River. It has $831.69 million in assets, loans of $601.9 million and deposits of $666.4 million. The bank earned income of $6.76 million in 2018.
