A new study by Aite Group shows increasing customer loyalty, reversing a trend of negative perception toward the banking industry since the financial crisis.
The Aite Group put together a report called "Referral Performance Score 2013: Measuring Banks' and Credit Unions' Customer Loyalty." The report showed an overall score of 547 for the industry in 2013, up 55 percent from 353 in 2012.
