A federal grand jury has indicted Atchison-based MGP Ingredients Inc. on three counts related to an incident in which a cloud of chlorine gas was released over the city.
The incident, which occurred Oct. 21, 2016, resulted in one MGP employee and five members of the public requiring hospitalization after exposure to the toxic cloud.
