Lenexa-based Tradewind Energy reached a key milestone for the development of a new $290 million wind farm in DeWitt County, Ill.
The Indiana Municipal Power Agency agreed to purchase 75 megawatts of the 200 megawatts of power tol be generated by the Alta Farms Wind Project II.
