The PGA Tour is suing a Lenexa-based manufacturer for scratching on a naming rights contract for the annual Web.com Tour in Kansas City, the area's only pro golf tournament.
According to PGA Tour Inc.'s lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Kansas, Digital Ally (Nasdaq: DGLY) signed a five-year naming rights contract for the 2015 to 2019 tournaments, but defaulted on the contract in 2017.
The Tour contends in its filings that Digital Ally stopped making any payments on the agreement in 2017. The…
