Mariner Wealth Advisors agreed to acquire Patriot Wealth Management Inc. in Houston for an undisclosed amount, which will add about $2 billion in assets under advisement.
Founded in 2004, Patriot Wealth is managed by Todd Hanslik, Anna Jones, Bill Murdki, Jeff Swantkowski and Dana Weinstein. The five shareholders will be able to help Mariner Wealth with risk management, estate planning and trust services, and tax planning and preparation.
