American Century names dual CIOs for one of its most important lines

Kansas City-based American Century Investments named two chief investment officers to lead its Global Fixed Income department, which handles about $40 billion in assets in 30 different strategies. The Global Fixed Income department — which includes 23.4 percent of the $171 billion in assets under management at American Century — was previously led by David MacEwen, who will retire on Oct. 31.
