The Appellate Judicial Commission in Missouri announced three nominees to fill a vacancy on the Missouri Court of Appeals, resulting from the March retirement of Judge James Welsh.
The nominees are: W. Ann Hansbrough of Platte City; Thomas Chapman of Chillicothe; and W. Douglas Thomson of Maryville.
