The Hunt Midwest Business Center in Kansas City signed a lease with Adrian Steel, an automotive supply company that specializes in producing commercial van interiors.
The lease includes a 32,000-square-foot facility and an 8-acre paved logistics center. Adrian Steel has a partnership with Ford Motor Co. to work on the new Ford Transit commercial van that will be produced at Ford’s Kansas City Assembly Plant in Claycomo.
Adrian Steel will invest $4.7 million in the operation, creating 39 new jobs.
