Town Center Plaza, 3 other locations now being sued for ADA violations

A Tampa, Fla., man who has progressive multiple sclerosis and uses a wheelchair has now filed 14 federal lawsuits related to ADA compliance against shopping centers and hotels in Johnson County, Kan.
