Kansas City-based law firm Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice LLC reached an agreement to merge with St. Louis-based Williams Venker & Sanders LLC, effective July 1.
The merged firm will take on the Baker Sterchi brand and be headquartered in Kansas City. Baker Sterchi Managing Member Scott Kreamer will continue to lead the firm and said he would consider additional mergers and acquisitions.
