RPS Benefits is a subsidiary of Leawood-based RPS Financial Group Inc., which also owns a Northwestern Mutual insurance agency in the Kansas City area, and a wealth management company. Benefits By Design is a group medical insurance brokerage founded by Cary and Lauren Hall in 1999. They will remain with the company along with two producers and three support staff.
