Lockton subsidiary with 300 colocated employees gets first president

Kansas City-based Lockton Cos. Inc. promoted Rich Reda to the new position of president for its Benefit Communication Insourcing unit. The company formed the Benefit Communication Insourcing unit in 2002 under the Lockton Benefit Group. The business consults with human resources teams to help educate employees about all of their benefits. They hold more than 455,000 one-on-one employee benefits sessions every year.
