Courtney Ridge Landfill LLC is suing Midwest Waste Management for dumping its trash somewhere else.
The company, which operates the Courtney Ridge Recycling & Disposal Facility at 2001 N. Missouri Highway 291 in Sugar Creek, said that Midwest Waste signed a five-year disposal agreement contract in June 2013, requiring all of the waste it generates to be disposed at the Courtney Ridge landfill. In exchange for exclusive dumping rights, Courtney Ridge offered the Marshall, Mo., company reduced rates.…
