Bank of Weston president Elsea retires

Jeff Elsea, president of Bank of Weston, will retire on Aug. 31 after 38 years at the bank. Elsea worked his way up from teller to president of the bank. He has a bachelor's degree in education from University of Central Missouri and a graduate degree in banking from the University of Wisconsin. Elsea said the duties of the president have been gradually transferred to Karen Phillips, who was promoted to chief operations officer. Ted Wilson remains the CEO at Bank of Weston.
