The newest addition to Spencer Fane LLP’s health care practice comes from H&R Block.
Mark Cole joined Spencer Fane as of counsel. He spent the past three years working as corporate counsel for litigation at Kansas City-based H&R Block Inc. (NYSE: HRB), where he gained experience managing enterprise risk and protecting litigation. Before that he worked two years as an attorney at Spencer Fane, so this is a homecoming.
