First Business nabs exec from Bank of Blue Valley

First Business Bank in Kansas City hired a new vice president of commercial lending with 18 years of experience at Bank of Blue Valley. Todd Fitzpatrick resigned as market president of Shawnee for Bank of Blue Valley to join First Business Bank, which previously was known as Alterra Bank.
