DeBruce Cos. acquires three pickup cap and cover companies

LTA Manufacturing LLC, a subsidiary of DeBruce Cos., acquired Ranch Fiberglass, ATC Truck Covers and Jason Industries for an undisclosed amount. All three companies manufacture tonneau covers and fiberglass caps for pickups. Jason Industries is exiting the cap and tonneau business to focus on the RV and marine industries, so its molds were transferred to ATC’s production facility in Ottawa, Kan.
