The United Auto Workers Trust said it will sell its GM stock warrants to raise money for health care benefits.
The trust plans to sell all of its 45.5 million warrants for General Motors Co. common stock. It wants to sell the warrants at prices ranging from $3.50 to $7.50 each, potentially raising from $159 million to $341.3 million.
