Financial Engines Inc. is suing two former senior vice presidents for breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets, accusing them of stealing company-owned information and clients to start a competing business.
The company is suing Scott Capace and Joseph Zinsel, who were both formerly employed by Overland Park-based The Mutual Fund Store, which Financial Engines acquired in February 2016.
