Former KC-area doc may be going back to prison after fraud plea

Wayne Williamson of Kansas City pleaded guilty Wednesday to health care fraud involving disability examinations of veterans. Williamson was a medical consultant at Industrial Medical Center in Independence, which had a contract through Logistic Health to perform disability examinations for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
