Heartland Financial USA Inc., the parent company for Morrill & Janes Bank & Trust, has an agreement to acquire Community Bancorporation of New Mexico Inc. in an all-cash deal worth about $11.3 million.
Community Bancorporation is the parent company for Community Bank in Santa Fe, N.M., which had about $181 million in assets and $108 million in loans as of Dec. 31.
