Olathe man admits scheme to launder drug money at local casino

Christopher Anderson of Olathe pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute marijuana and to commit money laundering. Anderson admitted that he and several other conspirators inserted more than $470,000 in drug trafficking proceeds into slot machines at the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan., and then immediately cashing out at an ATM machine without playing.
